UPON JOINING ~ 15% OFF any wine purchase, minimum 4 bottle purchase;
Two Shipments per year & Four Bottled/ Shipment ~ Summer/June and late Fall/Nov-Dec. The four bottles of wine are 25% OFF plus shipping;
35% off wine reorders within 30 days of wine club shipment or any additions to shipment above the four bottles;
Credit Card must be filled in for this membership form to be complete
Membership can be canceled at anytime with a 30 day written notice of cancellation. You MUST be a member for one year or paid for two shipments upon cancellation
